Does December have you running around – not finding enough hours to do everything you have on your schedule?
Wonderful as the holidays are, most of us tend to feel more tension and stress than usual. Therefore, Elizabeth and I have planned this get-together event at the time when the crunch starts to squeeze.
A great way to recuperate and get into gear is by lengthening your spine and breathing life into it by practicing some delicious, gentle twists. Moving and rotating increases the space between the vertebrae, ironing out the little kinks that have nestled there.
